Please take notice that the following Public Hearings will be held by the Town of Pittsford Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, May 19, 2008 in the Town Hall lower level meeting room, 11 South Main Street, beginning at 7:00 P.M. local time.

PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED
- 16 Round Trail Drive, Joan Spencer, Tax Parcel #164.19-2-54, is requesting relief from Code Section 185-19 C (1) (3), requiring a 50' front and a 15' side setback. Propose to construct a new addition within the front and side setbacks. Zoned A-1 Residential.
- 24 Amber Hill Drive, Brett Manski, Tax Parcel #177.04-2-49, is requesting relief from Code Section 185-31 A under Section 278, requiring a 20' rear setback. Propose to install an inground pool within the rear setback. Zoned RRAA Residential.
- 90 West Brook Road, Kevin & Stephanie Kelly, Tax #150.16-2-12, are requesting an extension of time for the variances granted on June 4, 2001 and January 22, 2003 to install an inground pool forward of the rear wall of the main structure and a 4' high fence within the front setback.
