PRESENT
Supervisor William A. Carpenter and Councilpersons Sandra F. Zutes, John J. Higgins Jr., Karen W. Green, and John E. Bernacki Jr. were present.
ATTENDANCE
There were twenty members of the public in attendance.
SUPERVISOR'S COMMENTS
Supervisor Carpenter announced that the Senior PGA Championship is being held at Oak Hill Country Club from May 19th - 25th and that preparations are ahead of schedule.
PUBLIC HEARING: PROPOSED SEWER EXTENSION JHSD NO. 149 (LANDS LOCATEDAT 583 MENDON ROAD AND LANDS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MENDON ROAD AND THORNELL ROAD)
At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Town Board approved Sewer Extension JHSD NO.149 (Lands located at 583 Mendon Road and Lands located at the Southwest
Corner of Mendon Road and Thornell Road).
PUBLIC HEARING SET: PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF TOBEY PUD PARCEL 12
The members of the Town Board set a public hearing date of June 3, 2008 to hear public comments regarding the proposed modification of Tobey PUD Parcel 12.

The next Town Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 in the basement meeting room at Town Hall, 11 South Main Street, and will begin at 7:00 P.M. local time.
