Minutes of the Planning Board Meeting held in the Town Hall basement meeting room, 11 South Main Street, Pittsford, on January 26, 2004, and filed in the Town Clerk's Office

Bill Brizee called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m.

Lehigh Station North Re- Subdivision
Extension of final approval

Bill Brizee asked if there was any public comment regarding this application receiving none he closed the public hearing. Mr. Brizee confirmed the Board was familiar with the resolution granting an extension of the final approval for the Lehigh Station North Re-Subdivision. Mr. Brizee made a motion to accept the resolution as written. David Wigg seconded the motion and the Board voted to grant its approval. A copy of the resolution is attached.

Glenn Harvey of APD Engineering asked the Board if there were any remaining concerns and having none Bill Brizee asked if there was any public comment prior to closing the hearing. Mr. Brizee confirmed the Board was familiar with the resolution, made a motion to accept the SEQRA Resolution as written, Nancy Sprenkle seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously to grant approval.
Mr. Brizee also confirmed the Board was familiar with the Preliminary/Final Resolution and made a motion to accept the resolution as written. David Wigg seconded the motion and the Board voted to grant its approval none opposed. A copy of each resolution is attached.

Bob Burgdorf of Nixon Peabody was present as Bill Brizee indicated this was a Type II action pursuant to SEQRA. Bill Brizee asked if there was any comment prior to closing the hearing and introduced a letter written by the Marigold Gardens Association into the record.
Bill Brizee confirmed the Board was familiar with the Resolution, made a motion to approve the resolution as written and Nancy Sprenkle seconded the motion. The Board voted to grant its approval.
Bill read the Modification of Special Permit Resolution, made a motion to approve this resolution and Nancy Sprenkle seconded the motion. The Board voted unanimously to grant approval. Copies of each resolution are attached.
Moratorium - South of Thruway
Marty Brewster indicated Behan Planning would be presenting standards to be met regard in regard to additional densities.
An update of future applications will include Russo Property, Parcel 12 and 9, Clover Ponds and additional College requests.
APPROVED
January 12th Planning Board meeting minutes were approved by voice vote.
The hearing was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
